Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you will engage directly with customers through our online chat platform, providing assistance, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will act as a key representative of the Parry Botanicals brand, delivering timely and helpful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Parry Botanicals’ products and policies.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of FAQs and support resources.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or e-commerce setting.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
    • Proficiency in using live chat software and basic computer applications.
    • Familiarity with skincare or wellness products is a plus.
    • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work (if applicable).
