Responsibilities

About the job:

Equipment Design, RFQ Preparation, Installation & commissioning

? Process sheet Preparation and PFMEA for vehicle process.

? Layout design in AutoCAD & Draft sight.

? New model launching with coordination with R&D department & Production Division.

? Preparation of production line layout, process concepts, Cycle time & Man/Machine utilization

for new model Introduction.

? Procurement of tools, jigs, fixtures & equipment as per requirement of new model or

replacement.

? Provide process documentation and operating instructions

? Analyse capital expenditures and project designs to help find ways to cut costs

? SOP & Ramp up support, line productivity & efficiency improvement.

? Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient

manner

? Give the training to the operator about new model & the change of assembly process.

? Looking after Respective shop – PQCDMS parameters as per organization target as team

manager

? DWM, JH, Safety Target management, monitoring and tracking while providing management

communication via MIS & Production Reports

? ABS/CBS brake assembly, bleeding of brake fluid & testing.

? Maintaining Manufacturing variable costs of shop

Educational qualification Required: B.E/B.Tech or Diploma

Experience Required: 6-8yrs

Skills Required: Manufactuiring Engineering
