Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining and organizing employee records, HR documents, and databases.

Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating schedules.

Recruitment Support: Aid the recruitment team in scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and posting job openings.

Policy Communication: Assist in ensuring employees are informed of HR policies, procedures, and updates.

Employee Engagement: Participate in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics, attendance, and employee data.

Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to address employee concerns and administrative needs.

Learning and Development: Support the implementation of training programs and track participation.

General Assistance: Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the HR team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • No prior experience required; internships or coursework in HR are a plus.
