The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Phone-Based Sales and Service
  • Spend most of your day on the phone, building relationships with current and former customers.
  • Use strong sales and customer service skills to achieve retention and win-back goals.
  • Customer Retention
  • Handle inbound and outbound Spanish-language calls from customers considering cancellation.
  • Understand the reasons for cancellation and offer personalized solutions to retain their business.
  • Highlight the unique benefits and value of Wave Energy to prevent account closures.
  • Win-Back Campaigns
  • Proactively call former Spanish-speaking customers to reintroduce Wave Energy services.
  • Present competitive offers and promotions to encourage them to return.
  • Analyze trends in customer cancellations and refine win-back strategies for better results.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
  • Ensure every interaction is professional, positive, and customer-focused.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about Wave Energy’s services, pricing, and policies.
  • Performance Metrics
  • Exceed retention and win-back goals by saving accounts and reactivating former customers.
  • Consistently meet daily and monthly quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Log all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system accurately and efficiently.
  • Share valuable feedback with management about trends in customer dissatisfaction and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve retention and outreach strategies.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring To The Table

  • Fluency in Spanish and English: Exceptional communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service Skills: A track record of achieving sales, retention, or customer service targets.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to propose solutions and close deals that satisfy customer needs while benefiting the company.
  • Excellent Listener: A knack for understanding customer concerns and addressing them effectively.
  • Experience Matters: Previous experience in customer service, sales retention, or a similar field.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
