Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screening and Selection: Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organization as a preferred employer.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HR system.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Onboarding: Support a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive experience.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
