We are seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience who will be the right long-term fit for our creative and dynamic office environment. Successful candidates will be well-organized, pay close attention to detail, and generate thoughtful and creative design solutions. This role provides the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment, contributing to a diverse range of projects and participating in all design process phases.

Responsibilities

Working collaboratively with small fast-paced teams.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects accordingly
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with consultants, clients, and contractors
  • Strong design, communication, organizational and collaborative skills
  • Talented in the preparation of presentation materials with clear graphic communication
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, and independently motivated with ambition to work toward the most resolved version of the task at hand
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Committed to learning about the field of architecture and design and incorporating the knowledge into day-to-day business practices, while sharing knowledge with less experienced staff.

Job Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
  • An accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Valid United States work permit.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite programs. Knowledge of Rhino and Enscape is a plus.
  • Must have solid conceptual and design process skills and good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, visually, orally, and in writing with the project team and consultant in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.

Ability to work with integrity, trust, commitment, setting an example for others.

  • Architectural License and LEED AP is a plus
