Your New Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project delivery team. You will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out the administrative functions essential for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that deadlines and compliance requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, professional responses to employees, contractors, suppliers, and clients. Drive customer service improvements and NPS.
- Internal Relationships: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Admin Duties: Coordinate project processes, maintain documentation, prepare reports, and manage meetings, invoices, and other tasks.
- Project Mobilization & Costs: Oversee contracts, assist in cost forecasting, and ensure accurate documentation of variation costs.
- Health & Safety: Follow safety guidelines and report incidents.
- Governance & Compliance: Adhere to policies, legislation, and confidentiality standards, ensuring documents follow templates and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a site-based Project Administrator
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site
- Knowledge of the modular building, construction, or resource industries is preferred.
