Job Description
Are you a qualified Independent Prescriber? We are recruiting skilled Pharmacists or Physiotherapists to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage minor illnesses or chronic conditions.
- Prescribe medication within scope of practice.
- Deliver clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Provide patient counselling on medication and treatment adherence.
Requirements
- Independent Prescribing qualification.
- Registered with the GPhC or HCPC.
- Proven clinical experience in a prescribing role.
