Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of instructional materials, including e-learning courses, training manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Help with the creation of storyboards and other pre-production documents for e-learning projects.
- Support the development of interactive learning modules and multimedia elements (videos, graphics, etc.).
- Review and edit training content for clarity, effectiveness, and consistency.
- Test training modules and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Organize and maintain training content and resources for ease of access.
- Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and learner needs.
- Support the evaluation and improvement of existing training programs based on learner feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communication, or a related field, or recent graduate.
- Strong interest in instructional design, training development, and educational technology.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
