Cranbrook Care is looking for motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join the team at Bayswater Gardens, in Sydneys Inner West .

About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced aged care professional to join our team to be responsible for:
- overseeing the day-to-day work of the clinical teams of an 80-bed residence in an extra service environment;
- provide clinical leadership and excellence in nursing care; and
- ensure adherence to our quality systems and provide on-site clinical education for clinical and support staff within the facility, with the help from our Head Office Team.
About You
You will be a team player, and able to work autonomously, to ensure excellence in clinical care to our residents. Either a current Clinical Care Coordinator or a Registered Nurse looking to step up.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will
- have at least 5 years’ experience working in aged care;
- have at least 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse;
- be dedicated to maintaining high standards of nursing care and clinical governance;
- have an excellent working understanding of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (AN-ACC) and the associated financial implications;
- enjoy mentoring others to clinical excellence; and
- have well developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
