RN (Full Time)- ICU, AHN Grove City

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our 7-bed Intensive Care Unit, providing care for a diverse patient population. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, while ensuring patient safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Leading in a professional practice setting and mentoring peers.
• Delegating tasks based on patient needs and staff skills.
• Participating in interdisciplinary teams and quality initiatives.
• Utilizing the nursing process for individualized patient care.
• Engaging in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications include completion of an RN training program and PA RN licensure. CPR certification is required; specialty certification is preferred.
