Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for multiple clients, facilitating seamless communication and project execution.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee various projects encompassing marketing initiatives, website updates, third-party platform management, content creation, and social media oversight.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold excellence in customer experience by ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Reporting: Generate and present daily and weekly reports to clients, highlighting progress and key performance metrics.
  • Time Tracking: Diligently log and report time spent on tasks, fostering transparency and efficiency.
  • Meetings: Participate in regular team strategy discussions and lead client meetings to guarantee alignment and understanding.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or project management capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • A dedicated home office setup with a computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
