Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at United Pharmaceuticals Company. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and facilitating training programs within the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Communicate and support trainers and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on progress and attendance.
  • Manage talent management library and handle material coding for easy access and retrieval.
  • Conduct reporting and analytics to facilitate data-driven decisions.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Communication skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Details-oriented and Problem-solving mindset.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience with administrative work or similar roles (minimum 1 year).
  • High attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements.
  • Certificate in Learning & Development is a plus.
