Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at United Pharmaceuticals Company. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for managing and facilitating training programs within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Communicate and support trainers and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on progress and attendance.
- Manage talent management library and handle material coding for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct reporting and analytics to facilitate data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing).
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Communication skills.

- Details-oriented and Problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proven experience with administrative work or similar roles (minimum 1 year).
- High attention to detail and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Certificate in Learning & Development is a plus.
