What You Will Be Doing

• Working in partnership with the Recruiters to create, build and maintain talent pools for continuous talent flow.
• Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
• Act as a qualified or generalist to assist Business Units or regions.
• Provide effective candidate management.
• Build relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Communities
• Screen and assess candidates.
• Provide data insight into talent pools.
• Be a brand ambassador.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

• Strong relationship building skills for effective candidate communication
• Learner with adaptability to new sourcing technologies
• Passion for talent acquisition and market trends

Desirable:

• Interest in and awareness of current trends in talent acquisition and HR
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills
