Job Description
Responsible for leading Distributor`s P/L and Teams, overseeing the sales activities and performance within a specific geographic region through developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share .
The Impulse Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the impulse operation across Egypt which includes all the activities related to ( Fleet efficiencies , Distribution expansion, Chillers management, New products execution plans)
Job Description:
- Ensure achievement of agreed Field Sales targets/KPIs for respective region/ territory.
- Responsible for the distributor management & relationship, quality standards, achievement of overall plan for sales, receivables as well as distributor(s) ROI targets through driving top line & driving cost efficiency (P/L)
- Lead and develop sales team to consistently deliver customer service, generating maximum sales potential and Business objectives across the Categories
- Co-ordinate and review the territory management plan on a yearly basis per Channel/Customer (store) and business opportunities to Drive the regional growth .
- Collaborate with CDT to deliver overall commercial plan and instore picture of success .
- Lead the development and embedding of Field Sales Strategy from RTM plan & Efficiencies
- Assets Management and utilization with efficiencies with Calculated ROI
- Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations
- Ensure development of careers, succession plans, training, development and coaching of Field Sales personnel as well as direct reports.
