Chief Executive Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Chief Executive Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries for the CEO
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
