Join the Indiewalls Team as an Administrative Coordinator!
At Indiewalls, we connect hundreds of independent artists with innovative commercial spaces, curating art collections that transform boutique hotels, luxury residences, and global brands. We’re on a mission to celebrate creativity while elevating spaces, and now we’re looking for a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly and our culture thriving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize new employee onboarding and plan quarterly team-building activities.
- Manage program and app subscriptions (Dialpad, Officevibe, Zoom, Google Workspace).
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Coordinate thoughtful employee gifts for birthdays, milestones, and beyond.
- Plan and execute the Core Value Awards, a digital event celebrating our team and culture.
- Oversee initiatives like the Balance Allowance and Art Gift Program, ensuring smooth operations and reporting.
- Manage artist inquiries and client requests via Zendesk.
- Plan company retreats, including the US and Colombian retreats (if applicable).
