Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)-PORT HEALTHCARE
Job Description
Position: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) – Full Time, 40 hours/week
Base Pay: $20 – $23, with differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional resident care, identifying and reporting changes in condition.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing residents.
- Monitor and record food and fluid intake, and assist with feeding.
- Respond to call lights and manage meal trays.
- Ensure resident comfort through regular repositioning and hygiene care.
- Assist nurses with treatments and maintain cleanliness of beds.
- Inspect and report on resident skin conditions.
Prerequisites
- Minimum 10th grade education; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Massachusetts required.
