Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with a competitive pay rate of $60-$70/hr. Benefits include healthcare (full-time only), 401k, paid time off, rewards, and continuous training opportunities.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Communicating patient progress with the healthcare team.
- Participating in care conferences and training programs.
- Documenting evaluations and treatment notes.
- Instructing families and nursing staff for discharge readiness.
- Recommending durable medical equipment.
