In-Home Therapy (IHT) provides structured, strengths-based therapeutic support to youth and families to address behavioral health needs and enhance family functioning. The role requires a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling, a passion for working with children, and a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities include implementing interventions, providing family therapy, maintaining documentation, and engaging in care coordination. Cultural competency is essential.
