Roles & Responsibilities
- Overseas personnel and daily operations of the human resources department.
- Manage the relationship with external vendors and consultants, such as insurance brokers, benefit providers, and compensation surveys.
- Provide guidance and support to the employees on compensation and benefits issues, such as salary reviews, bonus plans, incentive schemes, recognition programs, benefits enrolment, and resolving their queries.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the compensation and benefits programs and recommend necessary improvements and enhancements.
- Respond to and resolve incoming service requests from managers, employees, and HR colleagues.
- Promote a working culture where processes are followed to secure service delivery quality.
- Verify, maintain, improve, and update the HR information in the internal HR knowledge database.
- Cooperate with HR Business Partner on specific service requests when relevant.
- Monitor and keep up to date with developments/best practices in the field of HR.
- Arrange Training/Development sessions for the employees on performance management, process & career development, etc.
- Arrange/coordinate for the Celebration of in-house cultural events like Festivals, Birthday celebrations of Employees, etc.
- Support General Administration on routine work and any other responsibility given from time to time by reporting authority/Director
- Handling end-to-end recruitment – preparing JDs, Job Posting on portals, coordination with consultants, and identifying correct profiles by regular follow-up, screening, shortlisting, and arranging F to F or virtual interviews, etc.
Qualifications And Skills
- Masters degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human resource management in a Manufacturing Company or a multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in presentation written & verbal.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
