Media Planner – Omnichannel Advertising Specialist

Your Role
- Develop & Implement Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive media buying strategies that incorporate various channels, including outdoor, transit, and traditional media.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify target audiences and media trends across different channels, such as radio, TV, and events.
- Seamless Integration: Ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all media, focusing on omnichannel strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse metrics specifically for omnichannel campaigns and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors in outdoor, transit, radio, and print media.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Industry Experience: 3-10 years of experience in media buying/planning, particularly in omnichannel advertising (e.g., outdoor, transit, BTL).
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of media planning tools relevant to traditional and omnichannel advertising.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills for building relationships with media partners.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
