Position Overview

As CTO & Strategic Investor, you’ll lead our technological vision while having significant influence in shaping the company’s future. You’ll build and lead a global tech team developing our proprietary platforms for talent assessment, recruitment, and business advisory services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute the company’s technical vision
  • Lead development of AI-driven talent matching platforms
  • Design scalable assessment and analytics systems
  • Build and manage global remote tech teams
  • Oversee cybersecurity and data protection
  • Participate in board-level strategic decisions
  • Guide product development and innovation
  • Manage technical partnerships and integrations
