Project Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: o Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. o Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. 2. Team Management: o Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors. o Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders. 3. Budget and Cost Control: o Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to the approved budget. o Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. 4. Quality Assurance: o Implement stringent quality control measures at every phase of the project. o Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 5. Regulatory Compliance: o Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and legal compliances are obtained. o Stay updated with local real estate laws and construction regulations. 6. Risk Management: o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Address any project delays or conflicts proactively. 7. Stakeholder Communication: o Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients. o Resolve client queries and ensure their satisfaction with project delivery.
