Location: Kharadi, Pune

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in international sales or voice process (Mandatory)

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, 6 days working

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on delivering high-quality support and resolution.

Address customer queries related to PhonePe services, including payment issues, transaction concerns, and account management.

Exhibit a professional and positive approach when interacting with customers.

Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and strive for high customer satisfaction.

Communicate effectively in English, providing clear and concise information.

Accurately document call details, issues, and resolutions in the system for reference.

Consistently meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduation is mandatory.

Experience: Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience in international sales or voice process.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.

Basic computer proficiency.

Must be able to clear the Versant test.
