Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Jersey Mike’s Subs in the San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero and Santa Maria Area. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality and customer service standards are met, handle financial aspects, and drive profitability and growth. The role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and upholding the brand’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in restaurant operations and customer service
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Marketing and promotional strategies
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
