Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads for business growth.
  • Conduct end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Focus on B2B sales to promote company products and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with managers and internal teams through Microsoft Teams for updates and support.
  • Spend 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM engaging in field sales activities.
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to present offerings and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to enhance sales strategies.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in field-based sales activities and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
