Responsibilities
- Student Counselling: Providing individual and group counselling to students to
help them address personal, social, and behavioral issues that may affect their
academic performance and well-being.
- Academic Support: Assisting students in setting academic goals, developing
study skills, and addressing academic challenges. Collaborating with teachers and
parents to support student learning.
Qualification’s
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, Social Work, or
related fields.
- A foundational understanding of human behavior, child development, and
mental health is essential.
- Knowledge of Counselling theories, behavioral assessment, and
intervention strategies.
- Additional Certifications/Diplomas in child and adolescent counselling,
trauma-informed care, or mental health counselling
