The Person
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join EZ Living Furniture’s logistics operations team in Galway. We are looking for a Distribution and Logistics Support Administrator. The successful candidate will play an essential role in one of our fast-paced warehouse operations. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. The Role – Which will support Transport Manager East and Transport Manager West
Responsibilities
- Administration of all fleet related tasks
- Managing CVRT schedules
- Managing tax and insurance schedules
- Managing fuel cards and toll tags.
- Managing Servicing schedule.
- Managing RSA auditis and RSA related dated.
- Responsible for health and safety compliance for all vehicles.
- Creating weekly reports on cost of servicing ,fuel, tolls and vehicle associated costs.
- Ensure the data and information in our transport systems are kept up to date
- Communicate effectively with all team members
Skills And Qualifications
- It would be beneficial to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in reporting and transport analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team player.
