Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities and maintaining accurate financial records of the company. Your role will involve handling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, statutory Compliance and providing financial support to various departments. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process financial transactions such as invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial audits and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience 2-3 years in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software,ie, tally and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements.
