Employment agency Manpower is looking for Medtronic B.V. In Heerlen for a logistics administrative employee.

As a logistics administrative employee you are responsible for arranging export documents for the client’s packages. You can expect the following activities:

• Creating and checking export documents (mainly in SAP)
• Creating and checking transport labels/AWBs and pre-alerts
• Checking for errors and missing items in digital invoices (GFMS)
• Emailing export documents to carriers (UPS, FedEx)
• Archiving of export document sets

Working hours

The working hours in this full-time position are between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM during the day shift and you work two evenings. If you work after 6 p.m., you will receive a 30% surcharge.
