Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

Our Partner is looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to support their Amazon wholesale business with website development, lead integration, and client outreach efforts. This role involves creating a functional website, integrating lead capture tools, and connecting with potential brand partners to drive business growth.

Working Hours:

This is a full-time role, and the candidate must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, which is 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Marrakech time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining a professional, user-friendly website.
• Integrate Zendesk or similar tools to capture leads and route them to sales agents effectively.
• Research and reach out to potential brand partners to establish collaborations.
• Maintain and manage CRM systems to track outreach and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate lead handoff and follow-up.
• Provide regular updates and reports on website progress and outreach efforts.

Qualifications and Skills: Basic experience in website development and tool integration (e.g., Zendesk).

• Strong communication and organizational skills. (English Language)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Familiarity with the Amazon wholesale or e-commerce industry is a plus.
