Toolroom technician
Job Description
- Adhering to all Health Safety, environmental, and food safety regulations, policies, and procedures;
- Conducting visual inspections and measurements on returned and new production tools using various measuring instruments;
- Evaluating tool wear and determining whether damaged tools can be repaired or regenerated;
- Coordinating tool regeneration processes with external companies, including preparing shipments and necessary documentation;
- Logging tools and spare parts into the system accurately;
- Assessing the technical condition of assigned measuring instruments and devices;
- Calibrating measurement and testing equipment to ensure compliance with specifications;
- Establishing and maintaining a structured storage system in the tool room.
