External Description –

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Good understanding of the accounting concepts and knowledge to support preparation of financials.

· Perform Balance sheet Reconciliation by following the policies and procedures outlined.

· Identify the reconciling items and drive them to resolution. Save all the supporting documents in the respective document repository.

· Understanding the accounting systems to perform the assigned Balance sheet reconciliations.

· Maintain defined process delivery trackers, update close checklist and ensure the accuracy of the data updated

· Proactively following up with respective stakeholders for any specific information that is key for completing the Balance sheet reconciliations.

· Promptly highlight to TL regarding any Internal team dependencies or client dependencies which can cause delays for the month end close process and ultimately cause delays for the completion of the reconciliations

Prepare process documentation.

  • Invoice coding and getting them in to the work flow.
  • PO Processing and tracking
  • 2way and 3 way matching and accounting the invoice and payment in the accounting system (including the multi-currency transactions)
  • Understanding Vendor Mapping/GL Coding
  • Following Critical Vendor Master File
  • Escalate changes (volumes, timelines, process, additions) in the SLA to CFD
  • Manage Deliverables as per SLAs (Quality & Timelines)

External Skills And Expertise –

  • M.Com /MBA – Finance/ BBA/ BCom
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Analytical abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills (written & Verbal)
