GenePlanet, EU based biotech company, a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests; specializing in NIPT, cancer screening, and lifestyle DNA tests, is looking for a Business Integration Associate. With a presence in 35+ markets worldwide and a passionate team of over 150 employees, GenePlanet collaborates with over 2.000 medical centers, doctors, and insurance companies to provide top-quality tests based on the latest scientific discoveries. Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their baby’s health, as well as assist doctors with therapeutic procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management and integration of companies we acquire and merge into our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, a solid understanding of financial data, and a business-oriented mindset.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and integration of newly acquired businesses into our company structure.
  • Analyze financial reports and data to assess company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic input on business operations and commercial opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) post-integration.
  • Support the leadership team in decision-making processes related to acquisitions and mergers.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business management, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong commercial and business sense, with the ability to analyze financial statements and data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% of the time, primarily within Europe but also internationally as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
