Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy
Job Description
Required
- Current Certificate of Registration in good standing, or eligible for registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current certification in ACLS, or at a minimum BCLS or CPR, or proof of enrolment in a recertification course. You will be asked to provide a copy of your valid certificate at the time of hire/transfer.
- Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 1 year of the commencement of the position.
- Current (within past 3 years) minimum of 2 years inpatient surgical department, PACU, operating room, or endoscopy procedure experience and proficiency with related technology.
- Completion of or enrollment in a recognized Critical Care Nursing Program with a commitment to complete within 1 year of the commencement of the position.
- Capable of coping with a physically demanding workload (Physical Demands Analysis PDA available to review).
