Job Description
We are looking for a talented Co-Ordinator to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand technical specifications and unique selling points of products.
- Conduct product demonstrations, and attend surgery and training sessions for surgeons to ensure proper utilization and understanding of our surgical equipment. 3. Provide technical support to surgeons, including demos, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. Collaborate with the sales team to identify surgeon needs, develop customized solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Develop marketing materials that accurately convey technical aspects of products to a target audience.
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns that effectively reach and engage technical customers.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments in marketing strategies.
- Participate in product launches and promotional events, providing technical insights where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-medical engineering, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate these to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
