About The Team

Offsite Marketing team conceptualizes and implements Seller-facing activities to drive adoption of Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS). The team is responsible for the planning and activation of AMS Programs for the Sellers, performance marketing, and creation of content for Seller Education Hubs and other-related communications to the Sellers. The team covers all aspects of Seller Management related to AMS as well as coordination with the Regional Team for feature enhancements, strategies, and performance optimization.

  • Grow Shopee’s Affiliate Marketing Solution by creating programs and/or activities to increase Seller adoption rate;
  • Manage communications with KAMs and RMs to ensure that Sellers are informed about AMS programs and/or activities and feature enhancements;
  • Manage end-to-end AMS operations which includes coordination with Regional and Local Product Teams for the alignment and UAT of feature development and improvements; with KOL Team to push for KOL pickups and explore collaboration opportunities; and with Finance Team for the disbursements of AMS program-related rebates;
  • Study industry trends, conceptualize initiatives and activities to meet our KPIs and commercial objectives;
  • Track and analyze AMS performance with a data-driven approach to optimize the performance of AMS programs.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing;
  • Must have a solid understanding of the eCommerce industry;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Must be data-driven and analytical thinker;
  • Must be a fast-learner, keen to details, and must have a strong organizational skills;
  • Reliable and a good team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
