Responsibilities
- Act as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Recruitment efforts include: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing a talent pipeline to hire talent within the business.
- Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events, etc.
- Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format.
- Consult with candidates on navigating the interview process, negotiating pay and position expectations, and communicate regularly with hiring teams to monitor and maintain satisfaction.
- Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 3 – 6 years relevant technical recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare IT.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a demonstrable knowledge of recruiting tools and methodology. Strong ability to effectively manage tasks, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation and government law.
- Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with ATS and HRIS software, preferably with iCims.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines within time restraints. Ability to multi-task in a very high volume, dynamic, high exposure position and handle stress in pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills with strong grammar and writing skills. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.
- This is a fully remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US. Candidates must have an appropriate home office set up free from distraction with appropriate internet access and speed — laptop and monitors will be provided.

- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
- No adverse environmental conditions expected.
- Some travel required to establish and maintain relationships with appropriate universities.
Base compensation ranges from $75,000 per year to $90,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
