What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Purpose: Set strategic direction and provide leadership for product owners and scrum masters, championing collaboration and innovation.
  • Empower Talent: Identify and nurture top talent, partnering with recruiting to build a high-performing, diverse product team.
  • Guide Best Practices: Coach your team in agile product development practices, from defining customer needs to backlog prioritization and delivery.
  • Drive Vendor Success: Oversee third-party vendor relationships, ensuring optimal selection, negotiation, and performance outcomes.
  • Be a Strategic Voice: Represent product leadership across the organization, effectively communicating priorities and opportunities to the C-suite.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs for all products in your portfolio, holding the team accountable for achieving performance goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of building and launching successful products.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster internal partnerships.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
