Job Summary:
We’re looking for an energetic and experienced HR Operations Coordinator to take charge of our Human Resources department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in finding and hiring top talent, building a great workplace culture, and ensuring everything we do is aligned with HR policies and labor laws. If you’re a proactive leader, strong communicator, and strategic thinker, this role is your chance to make a big impact in a growing company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Run the entire hiring process, from creating strategies to onboarding.
- Oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensuring policies are followed, employee issues are handled, and the work environment stays positive.
- Design and manage pay, benefits, and performance programs to keep employees happy and engaged.
- Create and lead training programs to help our team grow and develop their skills.
- Work closely with leadership to provide advice on HR topics and champion diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Use data to improve how we work, manage projects, and implement smart HR practices.
Training & Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (bonus points for a master’s degree).
Experience: At least 2 years in HR, focusing on recruitment and managing teams.
Skills We’re Looking For:
- Solid knowledge of hiring strategies and HR practices.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive info with care and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Up-to-date understanding of labor laws and regulations.
