About The Position

We are looking for a passionate Senior Field Marketing Analyst who will develop and execute marketing initiatives that align customer needs, brand potential, and sales objectives. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and driving growth through impactful events, regional campaigns, and activations. Main challenges

  • Monitor and track KPIs such as account engagement, pipeline creation, and revenue impact, ensuring alignment with BDRs outreach and overall GTM objectives;
  • Build strategic relationships with Sales Teams and work closely with them to identify gaps and opportunities, define target audiences, develop content ideas, explore new markets, and create cohesive plans that align with regional goals;
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, Customer Success, Sales and Product teams by providing insights and relevant marketing materials to support active prospecting efforts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies across the tiers 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many in all communication channels, with a focus on pipeline generation and capture;
  • Design and adapt personalized marketing campaigns tailored to the needs and challenges of target accounts that not only attract attention but also convert leads into long-term relationships;
  • Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation, advanced marketing techniques, and optimized processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in field marketing or active lead prospecting, preferably in the technology sector;
  • Previous experience in B2B marketing, preferably in Cloud Computing, Edge Computing, or other IT technologies;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on personalization and persuasion;
  • Proven track record of having worked in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment with a “builder” mindset;
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders;
  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics for demand generation;
  • Analytical skills to organize and manage information, coupled with a results-oriented strategic vision;
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and customer-focused profile, with a high capacity to prioritize and execute multiple projects under tight deadlines;
  • Balance between strategic vision and attention to detail, with a focus on execution;
  • Intermediate English.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot;
  • A passion for metrics and data with a strong ability to provide insights, and analyze programs and campaign performance to influence decisions;
  • Previous experience in ABM and customer-centric marketing strategies;
  • Track record of success in managing industry-specific integrated marketing programs, including events, executive or C-level programs, and social media focused campaigns;
  • Advanced English/Spanish.

FlexWork Model

We offer a FlexWork model that prioritizes acculturation and collaboration. For the first three months, you will work on-site in the local office, an essential step in building solid relationships and a genuine connection with our values and culture. After this period, you will have the possibility to apply for the hybrid model, working on-site at least three times a week. This approach balances interaction in person and autonomy, creating a dynamic and productive working environment.
