Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities by ensuring proper documentation and a seamless integration for new hires.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR-related programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to streamlining workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
