- Merchant management:
- Directly resolve merchant related issues.
- Focus on developing assigned merchants and finding new merchants.
- Meeting and consulting with customers to build appropriate commercial cooperation contracts Following merchants’ needs.
- Build and maintain long-term sustainable relationships with merchants.
- Forecast and track data on contract implementation status of merchants.
- Operation and Management of Contracts:
- Implement, monitor and report effectively delivery cooperation programs and provide solutions in line with the next plan for the client – a new contract.
- Ensure the delivery of services and products to customers is done by timeline, have a responsive manner for customer needs and goals.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop and operate cooperation contracts for customers row.
- Optimizing the way of working between related departments to serve the interests of customers and company growth.
Requirements
- Education
? Bachelor or College’s degree in a Business Administration or related field.
- Experience:
? Prior experience in F&B or sales in E-commerce, E-Wallet, POS, etc.
- Skill/Knowledge:
? Communication skills and negotiation skills.
? Time-oriented and ability to handle tough customers/ retail food stores.
? Able to understand processes and adapt to tracking own work systematically and
accurately.
- Attitude:
? Hardworking, honest, responsible, self-motivated, self-confident.
