What You Will Do
The Intake Resource Specialist is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting case managers with the enrollment of fathers to establish the responsibilities of parenthood. The Intake Resource Specialist will complete intakes for the Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas County case management locations.
- Enroll and coordinate FAME services to clients.
- Obtain client enrollment information via in person paperwork or DocuSign.
- Input intake in the Avatar system the same day as enrollment, accurately and timely.
- Input initial enrollment case notes and enrollment date in Avatar as directed.
- Refer all completed intake enrollment paperwork in person or DocuSign to case manager for services in a timely manner.
- Network, collaborate and build a referral sources list for client service needs.
- Participate in team meeting and trainings.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to be professional, courteous, and efficient with staff and clients.
- Knowledge of community resources and organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must travel between Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County offices to meet the need for intake processing.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license with auto insurance coverage.
