What You’ll Do

  • Manage and nurture business relationships with both retail and corporate clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
  • Facilitate and oversee the onboarding process for business clients, providing guidance and support throughout.
  • Investigate and resolve client-reported issues by coordinating with internal teams, including AML compliance, IT, and other relevant departments.
  • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, response times, and service quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support and/or Business Client Onboarding (in an Electronic Money or Payment Institution is an advantage).
  • Experience working with corporate client business document review, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal stakeholders and Direct Manager.
  • Capability to manage and analyze a high volume of data and information within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools to optimize client interactions (knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage).
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues with a focus on delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Have professional English language skills (any additional foreign language is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Detail oriented.
  • Be able to cope with a very dynamic environment and rapid changes.
  • Be prepared to be self-sustainable at times and ready to show initiative.

  • Competitive compensation: 1200 -1300 euros Net, based on your experience and knowledge with the opportunity to receive a performance bonus after the probationary period, based on the achieved KPIs.
