The Technology Stack Of The Project
- Familiarity with M365 groups. This includes Mail enable security groups, Security groups, Microsoft 365 Groups/Teams Enabled Groups, and Distribution List
- Familiarity with managing User mailboxes, Shared mailboxes, Shared Calendars, and email tracing via the Exchange Portal
- Familiarity with SSO / SAML in regards to both user provisioning and authentication
- Capable of learning day-to-day IT operations to allow for quick resolution of Tickets/Cases
- Willingness to learn new technology and their respective platforms to better service the client and grow your career
- Hands-on hardware experience with printers, desktops, and laptops
- Microsoft Office 365 (O365)
- Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows Server and Windows 10/11
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Using existing MSP tools and scripts for Azure Active Directory/Active Directory user onboarding /offboarding
- Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Client VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Understanding of e-mail and spam technologies, and how messaging flows through these systems
- Basic understanding of cyber-security concepts and technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), EndPoint Manager conditional access, searching email security logs for confirmation of SPAM/phishing emails, and assist with reviewing SIEM/SOC alerts
- Familiarity with file system support including permissions, sharing, backups and restores

Requirements
- 2+ years as Microsoft infrastructure administrator
- Microsoft365 (Office365) setup and maintenance
- Email work understanding and expertise in the mail servers setup. MS Exchange experience
- Active Directory set up and maintenance. Trust relationship. Policies
- Sharepoint knowledge
- Windows 10 workstation setup and maintenance
- Partch management and security audit
- Network work understanding. VPNs
- Backups/disaster recovery/regular maintenance planning and execution experience
- Ability to think outside of the box
- Willnes and ability to build comprehensive solutions that would be easy to support
- MFA understanding and hands-on experience
- Azure experience
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher
Responsibilities In Simple Contact
- Be responsible for registering tickets
- Ability to precisely follow instructions if they exist
- Ability to quickly and get needed requirements from the client
- Quickly learn new tools
- Ability to manage tasks across the team
- Follow up on open tickets within the Team and external follow-up with customer
Responsibilities
- One-time projects (migration, new services implementation, etc)
- Ability to build secure and scalable solutions within the multitenant company
- Active Directory rebuilding according to the new company structure, securing, and day-to-day maintenance
- Company Exchange mail server setup and maintenance
- SharePoint setup, and data migration
- Microsoft365 setting up, audit, and maintenance
- Workstations securing, audit, and maintenance
- Backup implementation, disaster recovery plan, and runbooks preparation
- Continuous evaluation of the whole site’s security and its improvements and maintenance
- User management, incident responding
- Workspaces day-to-day issues troubleshooting (3rd support level)
- License management
- Best security practice implementation and regular verification
