Baxter Health Compliance Responsibilities
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and HealthStream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Executive Director regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Foundation Department.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or other related field required. Equivalent qualifications and verifiable experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years previous experience with gifts and other philanthropic activities and/or sales and marketing experience.
Other: Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to provide exceptional customer service, possess the ability to lead, motivate and influence others, and effective presentation skills. Must be a self-starter, have a proven track record of success, work independently and possess a credible and professional image. Must possess working knowledge of office computer software (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and ability to travel as required.

Work Environment
Hospital Foundation office environment. May experience stress due to deadlines, financial goals and change in priorities due to uncontrollable outside factors. Many activities and functions take place outside the office/hospital setting. Some travel is required.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Office Staff: 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
