We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at MYP Technologies. This is a newly created role that offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of content and strategic marketing initiatives that directly support our expansion across our products and international markets. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement across channels.

The Job

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute impactful marketing efforts. From creating blog articles, landing pages, and email campaigns to managing social media, event sponsorships, sales support (nurture), and video content, you’ll bring a passion for marketing that resonates across the business. This role is ideal for a marketing generalist who thrives on variety, is skilled in both content creation and design, and can make an immediate impact.

As a hybrid role, you’ll have the flexibility of 2 WFH days and 3 in-office days in either our Brisbane or Sydney office. If you’re passionate about making an impact and supporting a diverse range of marketing functions, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotional Efforts – Effectively involve both internal and external stakeholders and specialists in order to achieve important goals related to branding, launch cycles, hosting events, and advancing advocacy programs. Be responsible for creating and maintaining a marketing calendar that keeps the business accountable to meeting its objectives.
  • Content & Design – Work with your colleagues as you drive ideas for content generation. Develop and execute marketing operations including brand & promotional collateral, multi-channel marketing, website design & SEO, marketing events, proposals and more.
  • Sales Partnership – Be part of accelerating growth and implement authentic and innovative marketing practices that drive stronger enquiries and client engagement. Build the value of quality leads in the sales funnel and support increased velocity and conversion rates.
  • Digital Marketing – Help boost the visibility and recognition of MYP’s brand, thereby driving lead generation and increasing business opportunities. This includes implementing industry-leading systems and processes to optimise marketing efforts, by utilising a range of digital tools such as SEM/SEO, email, and social media marketing to create and execute effective campaign strategies.
  • Decision Support – Managing and reporting key metrics, ensuring that essential data and results are accurately captured and reported to drive market insights, inform strategic campaigns, and support data led decision-making.
  • Product Knowledge – Continuously expand your knowledge to become a product expert. Have a voice at the table, as part of the team you will have the opportunity to shape the evolution of our product by leveraging your expertise in marketing insights and research to identify and forecast emerging trends.
  • Culture – Be an active engaged contributor in various forums representing the marketing function within the broader business.
