Location: Fully Remote, Mexico

Salary: $3.00 – $6.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Spanish-speaking clients, including email management, calendar management, and other ad hoc administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least more than a year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and database management.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to handle calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client’s calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Keep all documents organized and maintain accurate records of contact information.
  • Send timely reminders to the client about upcoming appointments and meetings.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and stay on top of urgent tasks as they arise.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the client efficiently.
  • Track to-dos, monitor project tasks, and ensure everything is up-to-date.
  • Support scheduling needs, arrange travel, and manage itineraries.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
